Sheree Knowles, SPHR, CPM, a graduate of the University of Dayton, is a talented executive with over 25 years of HR leadership and project management experience.  She is the Founder of two human capital and talent management firms, HR Knowledge Source (HRKS) and DBE-certified Human Capital Consulting Consortium (H3C). Prior to founding HRKS and H3C, Sheree held several highly visible senior-level HR positions, for companies with regional and national geographic footprints, including VP of HR for a $1B professional services firm.

Knowles is a highly-regarded business leader, curriculum architect, dynamic facilitator, small business expert, panelists, and professional speaker.  She is passionate about engaging and motivating employees, developing emerging and existing leaders as well as building capabilities through organizational design, learning & development and workforce optimization.

Charlene Fitzpatrick, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Human Capital Consultants Consortium (“H3C”), is a talented executive with over twenty years’ experience in the Human Resources (“HR”) Generalist area, including several years in leadership positions for Waste Management Inc. Since September 1998, and to date, as a small business owner, she serves as a consulting business partner to her Clients while providing cost-effective and human resource solutions that are customer-focused and results-oriented. 

She has created HR departments from the ground up for businesses. Jumpstarts leaderships, utilizing a program she developed, called MIA (Moving Ideas into Action). A leadership tool often used at executive retreats to re-engage the workforce. Interacting with Government Compliance Agencies such as the Wage & Hour Division of the Department of Labor, EEOC, and OFCCP makes her the obvious choice in compliance and investigation situations.
